CEOTIS – Central Eastern Ontario Translation and Interpretation Services is a division of Quinte Immigration Services (QUIS) in Belleville, Ontario. Although QUIS receives government funding for the delivery of settlement services, fundraising is necessary to assist the organization in its mission and vision of a welcoming community for all.
